The Create Group has built up a strong commercial team with many years’ experience guiding clients through the day-to-day issues related to raw material sourcing, lead time management, product manufacture scheduling, stock management and distribution and this forms part of the complete package we offer as a product development service.
We also offer this service on a standalone basis for the complete Commercial Management of the operational side of a drinks business, leaving clients to focus on increasing sales volumes through their marketing and sales activities.
When coupled with our Technical and Quality Management service we can provide a complete outsourced business support package leaving clients to focus exclusively on brand development and sales.
