The Create Group maintains strong links with a number of research organisations and universities and several staff members hold professional membership status with chartered bodies. We pride ourselves on our policy of keeping up-to-date with developments in food nutrition, science and technology as we see this critical to our success.
Through this we are able to design and manage research and development projects with external organisations.
Examples of projects we have conducted to date include:
- Bitter note reduction/removal on natural sweeteners through primary processing research.
- Development of novel extraction processes for the isolation of botanical functional compounds.
- Chemistry research on product stabilisation and development of failure mode mapping.
- Drink structural composition analysis and modification.
