The Create Group’s experienced team of drinks sector specialists includes strategy consultants, supply chain experts, food scientists, nutritionists, production engineers, quality and food safety auditors, designers and project managers.
Fred Hollamby-Jones, Managing Director
Fred has worked in the drinks industry for over 35 years within product and brand development.
He started out in tea and coffee product development with Unilever Bestfoods on brands such as PG Tips, Oxo and Red Mountain before moving to Lyons Tetley within Allied Lyons where as the Product Development Manager he was involved in developing value added extensions of the Tetley and Lyons brands through both product and process development.
He co-founded The Create Group, which incorporates Drinkcreate, in 2001 following a highly successful career as Head of Drinks Development for Mars Drinks. During his time at Mars, in addition to stretching the wide portfolio of Mars brands into the drinks arena, he also sat on the Mars European legislative advisory team.
He is a world renowned expert in botanical extraction and instantisation, tea and coffee chemistry and production processes. He has a strong interest in the future of the industry supporting young University undergraduates through lectures, mentoring and placements.
He has worked with clients in America, Western and Eastern Europe, Africa, The Far East, The Middle East and Australia.

He is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and has degrees in Pure, Analytical and Applied Chemistry.

Sadie Rutter, Project Coordinator
After studying Public Health Nutrition at University, Sadie Graduated and worked alongside a childhood obesity intervention. Here she delivered the Government's Change4Life Campaign for Primary Care Trusts in the areas of most need across the North of England.
Moving on Sadie joined one of the UK's largest retailers of Vitamin and Herbal Supplementation in the role of a Public Health Nutritionist.
At The Create Group, Sadie works within the Technical team throughout product development and offers nutritional expertise during the drink's development process. With a passion for supplementation, holistic ingredients and bringing her nutritional experience she enjoys working through the development of the nutritional content of innovative visions.

Kirsty Rodwell-Evans, Product Development Manager
Kirsty has been working at Drinkcreate for over 7 years now and has been instrumental in the success and production of many branded and non-branded products.
With nearly 20 years of experience, the food industry and product development has always been her true passion.
Kirsty has worked with leading companies in the UK, Europe and Worldwide, in many product areas and different food/drink groups. She has moved from coffee, to bakery and now drinks.
She works well in the team internally and with our external suppliers to deliver a wide range of skills that can help you develop your perfect drink.

Emma Simpson, Administrator/ Designer
Emma works in The Create Group primarily as coordinator and administrator. Her role is diverse and includes many aspects of the day to day operations of the business, including inventory and product control, logistics and communication.
Recently graduated from Bournemouth Arts University, with a 2:1 BA (Hons) Graphic Design. Emma is working well to assist Cerrie with the in-house design requirements for the Group, as well as offer input for client projects where needed.

Cerrie Simpson, Graphic Designer
Cerrie graduated in 2010 from the Universal College of Learning in New Zealand; majoring in Graphic Design and minoring in Photography. Since then, Cerrie has successfully built her freelance graphic design business, Dorset Designer.
Cerrie has been commissioned by The Create Group for nearly 10 years. Projects have included design for packaging, advertising, print, and websites. She has also used her extensive knowledge in logos and brand to help clients create that perfect business image.
