To make this simple we offer support plans tailored to your needs with regular monthly payments for effective cost and cash flow management. Clients who take the support plans can relax in the knowledge that they can focus all their efforts on sales related activities whilst we handle all product related issues.
At the start of each plan we will agree the level at which the client requires us to embed our services in their business but in each case one of our team will be designated as the client’s Technical Manager responsible for handling all external technical relationships. The support plan is on a fixed monthly fee basis so regardless of the level of activity in the month all issues will be handled.
Technical management includes:
Handling all regulatory affairs issues.
Ensuring ongoing compliance with Food Safety and Labelling regulations as amendments are enacted.
Regular review of raw materials and finished goods specifications with recipe adjustments to meet issues related to supply chain.
Liaison with manufacturing sites to support and monitor production runs.

Rolling shelf life testing of production output.
Management of external testing as required for compliance with current regulations.
Handling technical and quality enquiries raised by customers or enforcement bodies such as Trading Standards or Public Health.
Development of product HACCP plans and quality control systems.
